Project Overview
As most UX researchers might have experienced - once a company or specific teams start to understand the importance and impact of UX research, there's never enough time to support every problem space or question about end-users and it was no different at a medium-sized company.
As a member of the UX Research Team, I took the lead on curating a plan to democratize unmoderated usability testing with our Design Team partners. This plan was socialized and implemented across both the D2C and B2B Teams, Each UX researcher was trained on how to go through the process so they could assist their designers through the processes and research templates.
Position: Senior UX ResearcherCollaborated with User Testing to help set up the logistics for the review and democratization of unmoderated testing on their platform. I was responsible for introducing, training, and implementing this process with the Design and UX Research Teams.
